Tandoori Specials

A tandoor is a clay oven that runs far hotter than a domestic one, and it cooks by radiating heat off the walls as much as by the fire. Meat goes in on skewers, marinated in spiced yogurt that holds the spice against it rather than letting it drip away.

Chicken and paneer tikka, seekh kabobs in chicken and lamb, shrimp tikka and a whole pomfret. The three platters are the sharing version: the tandoori chicken platter, the seafood platter with tawa pomfret, tandoori tilapia and jumbo shrimp, and a veg platter of paneer tikka, chilli paneer, gobi 65 and veg pakora. All three come with mint chutney, onion and lemon.
